Excellent facility, clean, well planned out, beautiful views of surrounding Umbrian countryside, lovely swimming pool. Food excellent, €32 per head (excluding wine) for dinner is not bad at all.
Spa slightly expensive as are drinks and fitness suite (€15 per person per day) however there are only 3 exercise machines! Some Staff totally indifferent towards Guests, not really what you expect from a high quality hotel. If planning to dine outside Hotel you need a car, its quite far from any reasonable sized town.

Amazing spa getaway with fine views!
We had a fabulous 2-night stay. The heated pools were super relaxing, and the views of the hills were amazing. The breakfast had a great selection of pastries, which I loved! The staff were super friendly. Just wish the pool seating was better arranged for lounging.

The experience was relaxing, with a fantastic Spa to enjoy after a long day of exploring the area. The gardens are exquisitely maintained, presenting a serene atmosphere. I found it a bit odd that guests were allowed to use mobile phones at the pool area, which disrupted the tranquil setting. A great getaway for those looking to unwind.

Immaculate rooms with amazing views of the Umbrian landscape. The Suite with Balcony and Spa Access offered a serene atmosphere and luxury features. The heated indoor and outdoor pools felt divine, especially at sunset. Staff friendliness stood out. The sauna policy requiring only a towel felt awkward. It's not the typical practice. Service timing in the restaurant could also use some improvement. Drinks took longer than expected during dinner. Still, the truffle pasta and dessert were excellent. This peaceful retreat shall definitely be on my list for a return visit.
